The ROOTS & ROUTES International Association has elected its new Board, welcoming new members while continuing to build on the experience and commitment of its current leadership.
On 26 May 2026, following the conclusion of the International Network Development and Regeneration in Artistic Youth Work seminar (INDaRAY26) in Florence, the General Assembly of the ROOTS & ROUTES International Association took place.

During the Assembly, members elected the new RRIA Board, which will guide the network through the coming years and support its mission of empowering young people through arts, creativity, participation, and international cooperation.

Four board members have been reconfirmed in their roles: Susannah Iheme as President, Janna Hadler as Treasurer, Dimitra Zacharouli, and Eglė Rušinskaitė. Their continued commitment ensures stability and continuity as the network continues to grow and evolve.

At the same time, the General Assembly warmly welcomed two new board members: Augustin Gressier as Vice President, and Urška Jež . Their experience, perspectives, and enthusiasm will contribute to strengthening the network and supporting future initiatives.

The Assembly also expressed its sincere gratitude to Anna Panka Édes-Takács, who is stepping down from the Board after several years of dedicated service. We thank her for her work and wish her all the best for the future.

The newly elected Board reflects the diversity, experience, and international spirit of the ROOTS & ROUTES network. Together, they will continue working to create opportunities for young artists, youth workers, and communities through artistic youth work, intercultural exchange, and international collaboration.
