The seminar in Salzburg placed a special emphasis on interdisciplinary stage performance. In an intensive programme at the Probehaus Salzburg, participants from various artistic disciplines worked together to develop practical and theoretical content in the areas of education and communication, technology and creation, performance psychology, and management and organisation.
In addition to artistic skills, the focus was on European networking. Participants gained insights into international youth work and community organizing in order to build long-term stable networks within the European art and culture scene.
RRPCA 2.0 is implemented by a consortium of organisations from the ROOTS & ROUTES network, committed to training a new generation of socially engaged artists and youth workers.
The project is led by ROOTS & ROUTES Cologne e.V. in partnership with Synergy of Music Theatre (Larissa, Greece), Streetdance Center (Salzburg, Austria), Kaunas Cultural Centre of Various Nations (Kaunas, Lithuania), Subjective Values Foundation (Budapest, Hungary), Empreinte (Lille, France), and Centro di Creazione e Cultura (Florence, Italy).

As part of RRPCA 2.0, the first “Level Up” seminar took place in Salzburg in February 2026. This format serves as in-depth training for participants who have already gained initial experience in peer coach training and now want to professionalise their technical expertise and coaching methods.
