Participants gained insights into various disciplines such as dance, rap & beat, and singing. The program also included workshops on event management, funding opportunities, pedagogy, and didactics.
The aim of the project was to further develop artistic skills and at the same time acquire the skills to become a coach themselves.
The Roots & Routes Peer Coach Academy in Salzburg is part of a two-year, Europe-wide project. In order to obtain the coach certificate, participants subsequently gain additional practical experience in their disciplines.
