Dive'23 is an international exchange focused on artistic approaches to diversity. During the exchange, participants created various forms of media art, including short movies, documentaries, music videos, audio recordings, and photos.
The productions connected the ideas and concerns of everyone involved and were linked to the residency's theme.

As a collective project, Dive'23 prioritised collaborative creation over solo work. The project began with artistic workshops, collaborative sessions, and group discussions on content. Small international creation groups were formed, which went on to produce live performances, videos, audio recordings, and other artworks.

Throughout the process, participants were supported by coaches in different disciplines: Conny Beißler for media, Susannah Iheme for dance, and Leonardas Bėkša for music production, recording, and band coaching.
