Over the course of the meeting, we took an important step forward in shaping the final phase of Talk2Me. The project’s final English booklet, which brings together the practices, tools, and reflections developed over the past months, released at the end of November. This publication marks a major milestone: a concrete resource designed not only for project partners, but for educators, artists, and organisations who wish to explore innovative ways of fostering communication and artistic expression.
Partners also shared updates on their upcoming capitalisation events, which will highlight local experiences, gather feedback, and open conversations about how Talk2Me’s methodologies can be expanded or adapted to new contexts.
In parallel, we officially entered the evaluation phase; a moment to step back, understand our impact, and give shape to the project’s long-term legacy.
One of the most exciting outcomes of the meeting was the finalisation of our video communication campaign. These videos, currently being polished, offer an inside look into the project’s creative practices, workshops, and methods.
We can’t wait to share them with the wider community. The launching campaign began in December with the release of a teaser, followed by one video every week across the ROOTS & ROUTES YouTube channel and the partners’ social media. This weekly rhythm will allow our audiences to dive deeper into Talk2Me’s world and discover the richness of the approaches developed collectively.
Beyond the planning and the concrete outputs, the Budapest meeting reminded us of the strength of this partnership. Each organisation contributes its own expertise, sensitivity, and vision, and this collaborative spirit is what gives Talk2Me its unique identity. The warm welcome from Subjective Values Foundation made it easy to reconnect, exchange openly, and move forward with a shared sense of purpose.
As we approach the final stretch of the project, we’re excited to bring our work to the public: the videos, the booklet, the stories, and the lessons learned. Stay tuned: the coming weeks will be full of inspiring content and new insights into the creative journey of Talk2Me.
In October, the Talk2Me partnership gathered in Budapest for our latest Transnational Project Meeting; a moment filled with energy, collaboration, and renewed motivation.
