This event provided a space for representatives of each organisation to exchange insights, explore each other’s approaches, and collaboratively shape ideas for future projects. A key objective was to strengthen the Roots & Routes International Network by establishing connections with new partners and fostering potential collaborations.
During the four-day seminar, a total of over 20 different methods were exchanged and tested. There was plenty of room for feedback and intensive exchange, which created a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere throughout.

The group was diverse: in addition to experienced coaches, young peer coaches were also actively involved, which enabled a broad exchange of experiences at various levels. Even outside the seminar rooms, for example on the beach, artistic methods were applied in an adapted form.

As the first seminar of its kind, the event was a complete success and a great enrichment for both our work and the work of the international RRIA network.
