Subjective Values Foundation organized the OnGea multiplier event at UP center, a coworking space in Budapest on 28th August 2018.
We had previously created a Facebook event, which we shared in Facebook groups focusing on youth activities, and sent out invitations to the event (eg. to NGOs organizing exchanges, members of the Eurodesk network, and the Hungarian Erasmus+ National Agency).
After the registration of the audience members, we gave a PowerPoint presentation of the OnGea system, explaining the various modules and functions. We also distributed printouts of the system requirements of OnGea. We had specified in the invitation that guests should bring their own laptops and mobile phones, and most of the guests did, so after the presentation they could test the OnGea activity module and the app.
The audience members also had a chance to ask questions and share their impressions of OnGea – the possibility of exporting data straight to the Mobility Tool elicited special excitement. The session ended with a buffet lunch where audience members could mingle and network.
