SIDAREC, whose work also was awarded at the
World Summit Youth Award 2009 is asking everyone for support! Please take some time to read on.
Here's what George's organization is working on and how you can help:
"My organization has been trying to mobilize resource for young people and women living in the slums as one way of reducing dependency on politicians for handouts. Through GlobalGiving, SIDAREC is raising funds for support and livelihood for youth and women in the slums, particularly those places that were affected by violence.
