El proyecto R&R se realiza en Barcelona desde el año 2004. Cada año participan jóvenes talentos de procedencias diversas en el campo de la música, el baile y los audiovisuales. En 2006 y 2007 el concierto final R&R tuvo lugar en el festival Hipnotik. En 2008 los jóvenes fueron a la sala Apolo y actuaron con Gregory Isaacs.
